About The Rail Public House
Known for good food, refreshing drinks and friendly people, The Rail Public House in Gadsden remains true to form. New owners Caleb Campbell and Roger Boatner, along with new operating owner Ryan Sherrod, continue to improve the menu and more.
Sherrod, a Gadsden native, brings more than 16 years of service industry experience to The Rail. He’s honed his own mixology and culinary talents by working at a variety of local restaurants, including Blackstone Pub and Eatery and Harp & Clover, for instance.
Now, he gets to bring his own tastes and flavors to both the craft cocktail menu and the main menu.
In fact, according to The Rail’s Facebook page, they started rolling out new cocktails. About a week ago, The Rail Public House in Gadsden introduced three new cocktails from the upcoming menu. They included drinks such as “Angolada MKII” and “Buckcherry.”
The “Angolada MIKII” features Angostura bitters, rum, pineapple, lime, creme of coconut and other flavors, while the “Buckcherry” includes Corazon Blanco Tequila, Cynar, mole bitters, and maraschino cherries.
